Delivery of the kit to the United Kingdom is included in its price. Assembly is yours — or ours, as an option.
1Delivery costDelivery of the kit is included in its price. No extras.
2You prepare the basePaving, concrete slabs or compacted gravel — level and flat. No foundation needed. We send you a diagram.
3We deliver; you unloadThe kit arrives on a pallet with a tail-lift lorry, to the kerb or entrance. Two people unload it and carry the parts to the site.
4Assembly and the first firingYou assemble it from the illustrated instructions — two adults, about two days. Or our crew does it, as an option.

What most often gets in the way
A gate that is too narrow · soft ground · steps on the route · a base laid "by eye". We check this in a conversation before dispatch.
How long it takes
Production takes 4–6 weeks from the deposit. We agree the delivery day a week beforehand.

Deliveries to other countries — cost and lead time agreed individually. Message us on WhatsApp to say where the sauna should go.
