Barrel saunas delivered to Liverpool
Mersey winds
Liverpool sits on the Mersey estuary and takes plenty of wind and rain from the Irish Sea. A sauna with thick spruce walls shrugs that off, and the barrel roof sheds water.
Coastal suburbs and terraces
Crosby, Formby and West Kirby are popular with people who like a cold swim followed by heat. Liverpool also has long rows of terraced houses, where a 2 m barrel is the realistic choice. Bigger plots on the Wirral suit the 3 m barrel.
Delivery and assembly in Liverpool
A single pallet arrives by lorry with a tail-lift. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and about a week for shipping. Two adults assemble it in around two days; our crew does it from £990.
Prices exclude UK VAT; import VAT and any customs charges are paid by the buyer on delivery.
Making the most of a Merseyside plot
Liverpool and Wirral gardens vary from small yards to wide lawns by the estuary. Decide first where the door will face and where the stove is stoked from. We can advise on each layout.
Because the kit comes in pre-cut, pre-fitted parts, work in a small yard stays tidy. Two people can finish the build without heavy machinery.
Cold water, hot cabin
Along the Mersey and the Sefton coast, open-water swimming has become popular. A garden sauna is a convenient place to warm up afterwards without queuing for a changing room.
Many customers choose the wood-fired stove for a traditional feel, with a short chat to our team about firewood and safe stove clearances.
Safety around the stove
Keep towels, clothes and firewood well away from the stove, and never leave a fire unattended. Tell everyone in the house where the stove is and that it stays hot for a long time after the session.
Permission
Contact Liverpool City Council or your Wirral, Sefton or Knowsley council about garden buildings, especially near boundaries or in conservation areas.
Questions
Is the wood protected against salty coastal air?
The spruce needs a yearly coat of exterior treatment, which matters more near the coast. Keep the vents open after use so the cabin dries out.
Will a 2 m barrel fit a Liverpool terrace yard?
Often yes. The barrel is about 2 m wide and the parts are carried in by hand. Send us the yard dimensions and the width of your passage.
Do you deliver to the Wirral and Southport?
Yes, across Merseyside, the Wirral and Sefton. We only check that a tail-lift lorry can reach the kerb or your driveway.
